Hi, I'm Candice

I believe lasting health isn't built through perfection—it's built through the small choices we make every day.

If you've been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or like you , you're not alone. My goal is to help women create simple, sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to more calm, more energy, and better health.

But over the years, I've realized something important.

Most people don't need more information about health.

We live in a world filled with books, podcasts, courses, social media, and now AI. Information is everywhere.

What many people are actually missing is support.

Someone who will listen without judgment, help them sort through the noise, celebrate the small wins, navigate the setbacks, and create a plan that fits their real life.

That's why I became a health coach.

I believe healing begins when people feel heard. My role isn't to hand you another checklist—it's to walk alongside you as you create lasting change.

Why health and wellness matters to me

My passion for health and wellness is personal. Growing up, I experienced debilitating menstrual cramps that caused me to miss school and later call in sick to work because of the pain. Painkillers barely helped. As I got older, I also began struggling with hormonal acne.

In 2018, I began taking a closer look at my health. I decided to start making changes to see if anything would help besides popular options to mask my symptoms. Then I came across a concept in a book that completely changed my perspective: a healthy menstrual cycle... doesn't include pain of any kind. Just because something is common doesn't mean it's normal.

I started making changes one step at a time and discovered that lasting health isn't built through quick fixes. For me, the biggest changes came from consistent daily habits. Those changes extended far beyond nutrition and included stress management, sleep, movement, and gut and liver support.

Today, my periods are cramp-free, and my skin is clear. I also have more energy, a stronger body, more peace, and a greater sense of purpose. While I made a lot of changes on my own, I also discovered the importance of having supportive people in your corner. That's one of the reasons I became a health coach.

Healing begins when people feel heard.

My approach to coaching

My coaching approach is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and looking at the whole picture. Rather than focusing on a single habit or symptom, I work with clients to understand how different areas of life influence one another so we can identify meaningful, sustainable changes together.

It's the same perspective I try to bring into my own life—making time to move my body through cycling, enjoy Florida's natural beauty, continue learning, and create routines that support long-term well-being.

I don't believe in all-or-nothing health. I believe in curiosity over criticism. Progress over perfection. Small changes that become lasting habits.

Together, we'll identify what matters most to you, break it into manageable steps, and build habits that fit your life—not someone else's.

Lasting change doesn't happen overnight. It happens one step at a time.
